Covering an impressive 2,053 hectares of flatland forest, Nopporo Forest Park offers 17 well-maintained walking trails where visitors can enjoy the changing beauty of nature throughout the four seasons. As a designated Hokkaido prefectural natural park, it is home to a rich variety of local flora and fauna, including the native Hokkaido squirrel (Ezo Risu) and the giant lily (Oobayuri).
