The 60-minute guided tour walks through each stage of brewing, from ingredient selection to mashing, fermentation, and packaging, creating a multisensory experience with heat, aroma, and sound. Exhibits of nostalgic package designs from the late Showa era add historical charm.
The tour ends with freshly brewed beer tasting. Comparing “Sapporo Draft Beer Black Label” and the Hokkaido-exclusive “Sapporo Classic” highlights their crisp finish and foamy freshness. At the guest shop, exclusive to tour participants, you’ll find original goods unavailable elsewhere.
