Learn about the brewing process of Sapporo Classic on a brewery tour. Visitors can also enjoy beer tastings and walks through the biotope garden.
Sapporo Beer Hokkaido Brewery is located in a rich natural environment in Eniwa. On the guided tour lasting about 60 minutes, visitors can observe the process from ingredients and mashing to fermentation and packaging. Inside the facility, brewing equipment, the production process, and historical package designs are introduced.
At the end of the tour, visitors can enjoy tastings of “Sapporo Draft Beer Black Label” and the Hokkaido-exclusive “Sapporo Classic.” Original merchandise can also be purchased at the guest shop available exclusively to tour participants.
At the on-site restaurant “Valhalla,” visitors can enjoy draft beer delivered directly from the brewery along with Jingisukan. In addition, a biotope garden utilizing the natural environment is maintained on the grounds, where visitors can stroll while observing seasonal flowers and wild birds. It is an experiential facility where visitors can experience both the beer brewing process and Hokkaido's natural environment.
