Shuujitsu Hill, located in Nishikagura 3-sen, Asahikawa City, is a hilltop viewpoint in a hilly area near Asahikawa Airport. From the hilltop, you can see a panoramic view of the magnificent Daisetsuzan Mountain Range and Tokachidake Mountain Range stretching in a row, with the cityscape of Asahikawa and Biei and vast farmland spreading like green waves visible below. On clear days, distant mountain ridgelines stand out clearly, and the blue of the sky and green of the land create a vivid contrast. Standing on the hill, cool breezes brush your cheeks, and the scent of soil and grass drifts on the wind.

The road leading to Shuujitsu Hill is a single road with roller coaster-like ups and downs.
