Fujino Enchi Park is a coastal observation park located in the Oshidomari area of Rishirifuji Town, Hokkaido. From late June to mid-July, colonies of Ezo-kanzo daylilies bloom along the walking paths, where visitors can also observe seasonal wildflowers. The observation deck on elevated ground offers views of Mt. Rishiri and the surrounding coastal landscape, and the site is also known as a filming location for the movie A Chorus of Angels.
Ponmoshiri Island, located offshore directly in front of the observation deck, serves as a breeding site for black-tailed gulls during summer. During the breeding season, visitors may observe the gulls gathered on the island and hear their calls.
A gazebo along the walking trail provides a shaded place to rest. The park is a representative natural observation spot on Rishiri Island, combining seasonal flowers, seabirds, and coastal landforms.
