What began with the first grape plantings in 1999 culminated in 2009 with the release of “OKUSHIRI,” a wine made exclusively from island-grown grapes. Today, around 65,000 vines—including Merlot, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Kerner—flourish in the island’s unique maritime climate.
Surrounded by the sea, the vineyards benefit from conditions that help create wines with remarkable freshness, elegance, and mineral character. Inside the cool cellar, each bottle is carefully crafted to express the island’s distinctive terroir and sense of place.
