Experience a rare harmony of art and nature at Lake Toya Gurutto Sculpture Park, set along the shores of Lake Toya. This expansive open-air space features 58 sculptures inspired by the theme “Celebration of Life,” created by both Japanese and international artists. The works range from figurative to abstract, crafted from materials such as bronze, marble, and stainless steel.

Unlike a traditional indoor museum, the sculptures are placed directly within the landscape, framed by open sky, shimmering water, and lush greenery. As light changes throughout the day and seasons shift, each piece takes on a new expression—almost as if breathing with nature itself.
